It takes a little fiddling but you can create curved text in any version of PictureIt! / Digital Image Pro/Suite with the Shaped Text option. Open up the layout you wish to add curved text to or a blank canvas. The idea is to combine the preset text shapes. Select a font its important to select the font you wish to use at the first step so that you can judge how the text looks as it is manipulated. Some fonts warp when using shaped text and are not suited. You can see below that this arc of text is of a different size. Resize the text using any corner resize handle until the text is the same size.
