(Read the full article...)Christmas is a holiday rich with unique traditions and history. Your family album is a fabulous place to document all the stories, traditions and photos that are unique to Christmas at your house. Whether you're scrapping photos of your beautifully decorated tree, the children sitting on Santa's lap or your traditional family dinner, your photos and journaling will help your family remember all the special memories for years to come. For the background of this Christmas layout, LeNae chose two coordinating tone-on-tone papers from Paper Pizazz? sarapapers(TM), placing a strip of the lighter green paper down the right edge of the background. She matted three photos on chic glimmer paper and overlapped them down the left side of the page. LeNae added the Christmas Overlay(TM) over the photos, positioning the word border down the right side of the page over the lighter of the two green papers. She cut a thin strip of red cardstock and tied ribbons around it, then attached the cardstock strip on top of the Overlay(TM), overlapping the seam between the tone-on-tone papers used in the background. The brads LeNae used to attach the cardstock strip do double-duty by attaching the Overlay(TM) to the page as well. To top off the page, LeNae accented her photos with more ribbon and journaled onto cute tag shapes that she attached on top of the Overlay(TM).
