We asked NYI's resident digital guru Jim Barthman to take a look at Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 a few month's back when the buzz about Photoshop CS2 was just beginning. Since we had a three-month hiatus during a server location switchover and some coding mumbo-jumbo, we're devoting this installment of Digital Dialog to Jim's reviews of both Elements 3.0 and CS2.
